Final report about the Swedish pilot of an alternative reimbursement model

On 31. May 2023 the Public Health Agency of Sweden (PHAS) published the final report about their alternative reimbursement model (a pull incentive) that was piloted from July 2020 to December 2022. See the Round Table's brief summary and the full report in Swedish.
Whereas the main objective of ensuring availability of certain antibiotics was met, at least on the level of the portfolio of five new antibiotics included in the pilot, the efficiency of the programme was more difficult to assess.
